Clovers

Meep! ^.^
Here are some photos I took yesterday.

Four close ups of clovers with dew drops...

The drops looks like jewels ^.^

A black and white photo of a lamp...

Treacle in the garden...

Sun and clouds...

Small white flower...

Spider...

And a different spider! ^.^

Meep! :3 I'm fed up of spiders now >.<

Random leaves...

And, lastly, lichen on a branch.

Meep! ^.^ Which do you think is the best?

By the way, does anyone have any idea of how to take pictures of the stars? DX
Whenever I try it just comes out black.
Do you need a specific camera or something?
This is my camera... (not very professional, lol!)

Do you think there's a setting? Like how fast the shutter goes...? >.<

  1. I like the last one. :P

Put you camera in manual mode. Use a shutter speed of a least 30 seconds. Aperture should be f/3.5. ISO should be about 2500. You can adjust the settings if that doesn't work.

You will need to set it down somewhere, since you don't have a tripod. and be careful not to shake it while clicking the shutter.

    1. @Gecko - Wow. You know a lot about cameras. O.O
      Ok, manual mode - done.
Shutter speed and aperture - ???
ISO - The highest on mine is 1600 and 3200... >.<
I looked up aperture etc for my camera and it said you can't change it (I'd need a better camera)...but if you put the ISO on (example) 1600, it automatically adjusts it to whatever is closest or something... I'm confused *sigh*
Have you ever taken photos of the stars?

      @FrostWolf -
Meep! Ok I'll do it now ;)

There are no stars where I live. :P Well, a couple on clear nights. Washington DC doesn't have the cleanest air. D: I Really Really Really want to take some pictures of star trails in the Senendoah Mountains, though.

I would have to actually use the camera to figure it out. Look through your menus. If you still can't find it try the Night Landscape or Firework modes.

I'll send it to the warrior cats email, whichever one it's sent to it automatically accepts the request with whichever blogger is signed in...
      (Confused?)

  4. Personally, if your camera has it, just put it on night mode. If it doesn't work with the flash on, turn the flash off and see what happens. But here's the best way to find out what works best--experiment.
