Shrew, Mintus and Grasshopper

Meep! ^.^
I'm currently trying to save up to get a new camera >.< If I get one like my old one, which looked like this:
http://www.320-8080.ru/pic/big/162855/nikon_coolpix_s3100_blue_02.jpg
then I need around £50. I have exactly £14. So I've got a long way to go DX

Anyway, here are some more photos I took :)

Here're 3 of a grasshopper I saw a couple of minutes ago...

Here are some fruits on our mulberry tree.

A random yellow flower I can't remember the name of.

A wild rose.

Another random yellow flower I can't remember the name of.

Oleander.

Mintus, the kitten.

A shrew that was swimming around in the swimming pool! (Live.)

 That shrew was adorable!!!

Oleander.

Oleander.

Mintus, again ^.^

Random purple flower.

Banana and raisin icecream we made! :3

Yep, a whole lot of random photos :)

Bye for now!

  2. I love your photos, but auto mode is limiting! A lot of them are over exposed or under exposed. That isn't your fault, it's the camera's. If you are using auto mode, you are telling them camera to chose the settings for you. Happily, people are smarter than cameras. I will tell you the same thing I keep telling Metroleafs - if you want to be a real photographer you have to start using manual mode.

Look up an exposure triangle guide online. Then you will learn about shutter speed, aperture, and ISO. Also learn about white balance, and megapixels and stuff. Your dad has a DSLR camera, and the great thing about it is that you can have control over the camera. It will let you take pictures over the stars without a solid black nothingness photo. Photography is more than just clicking a button. ;)

    2. Yep, I know... *sigh* Dad gave me his old camera, the one he had like my-one-which-died. Anyway, I know how to use THAT one, at least! :p
Dad's going to show me how to use his camera when he has enough time :)
      I know :3

      Don't know everything?

    4. As I don´t have a camera when I want to take photos I use my tablet (yep, sooo unproffessional) or my dad´s Nikon Lot´s-of-strage-letters-and-numbers
